Advanced Processing Workshop
The company is equipped with advanced CNC equipment, high-precision imported processing center, and adopts information management methods to achieve independent precision machining of precision parts of key parts of the loom. Spraying Workshop
The coating workshop adopts the fully automatic coating production line and spraying robot independently developed by the company, and adopts the same electrophoretic coating process as automobile production to ensure that the paint film on the internal and external surfaces of complex workpieces is uniform and flat, and greatly improve the anti-corrosion performance of work pieces. The environmental protection surface treatment, electrophoretic coating, topcoat process and film drying process are all automated to improve the coating quality of the work pieces. Advanced Assemble Workshop
