2021 REVIEW

CNC Workshop

Painting Workshop

The spraying workshop adopts the fully-automatic coating production line and spraying robot
independently developed by the company, and uses the same electrophoretic coating process

workpieces are even and smooth, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the workpieces.
Environmentally friendly surface treatment, electrophoretic coating, topcoating process, and coating
film drying process are all automated to improve the quality of the workpiece coating, have the same
salt spray resistance as the car, and the appearance is more excellent.Improve the corrosion resistance
of the inner cavity of the workpiece, strong adhesion, long anti-rust time.

1: On the basis of inheriting the advantages of Model 400 machine, 6000 series machine changes the wall panel from split type to integrated type, which improves the stiffness of the wall board and the stability of the loom. After testing, the noise and vibration of the machine are reduced accordingly, which is conducive to production, processing and installation, and the installation accuracy of the machine is better guaranteed

2: In order to better adapt to high-density and very fine count yarn, combined with 400 machine, the beating center of gravity is reduced, the beating is more stable, and better adapt to the weaving of fabrics with special specifications from narrow width to wide width, from general fabrics to double layers.
