CNC WORK SHOP.

Company is equipped with two flexible manufacturing systems (FMS lines) and two shaft processing lines. Using information management means, it can automatically control and manage the processing process of precision parts at key parts of the loom, including automatic control of manufacturing quality, automatic fault diagnosis and processing, and automatic collection and processing of manufacturing information, so as to realize automatic finishing of parts, The machining accuracy reaches 0.01mm, which greatly improves the stability and starting efficiency of the whole machine.

The electrophoretic painting workshop adopts the fully automatic coating production line and spraying robot independently developed by the company, and adopts the same electrophoretic coating process as automobile production to ensure that the paint film on the internal and external surfaces of complex workpieces is uniform and flat, and greatly improve the anti-corrosion performance of workpieces. The environmental protection surface treatment, electrophoretic coating, topcoat process and film drying process are all automated to improve the coating quality of the workpiece. It has the same salt spray resistance as the automobile and has a better appearance.
